Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Technician to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, machinery, or systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functioning
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
- Assist engineers or senior technicians in testing, calibrating, and upgrading equipment
- Manage tools, spare parts, and equipment inventory
- Provide on-site technical support and respond to service requests in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Diploma or technical certificate in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field
- 13 years of relevant experience as a technician or maintenance support
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Hands-on experience with tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Willingness to work on shifts or weekends if required
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of Singapore safety regulations and work standards is preferred
