Technician / Robotics / Hospital / East / West / Northeast

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the operations and performance of robotics products.
• Perform routine inspections and basic housekeeping to ensure optimal functionality of robotics products.
• Provide first-level response and troubleshooting for technical issues encountered by robotics products.
• Assist in handling Tier 1 operational issues through remote or on-site support.
• Escalate complex or higher-level issues to the appropriate personnel for guidance and resolution.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance reports, and other operations-related documentation as required.
• shift work based on roster
• 5am - 2pm or 11am - 8.30pm (Rotating Shift / 5 days work)

Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a technical environment.
Familiarity with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) is advantageous.
Proficiency in using mechanical and electrical tools.
Basic knowledge of mechanical parts and electrical components identification.
