Responsibilities
We are looking for a process Technician who can work in shift mode and overtime to safeguard KPIs and prevent excursions in the line. Expected job roles as follows:
- Communicate clearly with shift peers and highlight all outstanding issues during passdown/ handover.
- Understand the importance of SPC and quality for the processes.
- Occasionally help the process engineers to fan out temporary work assessments or work instructions to train the line operators.
Perform line audit together with the engineers in the line to ensure the compliance of work instructions by the operators.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Process
Safeguard KPIs during work and perform basic OCAP troubleshooting for the process engineers.
Compile and analyze data and submit shift reports for line issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in relevant discipline
- Knowledge in methodologies like SPC, FMEA, GR&R, DOE, 8D methodology and Fish Bone diagram.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment would be preferred.
- Ability to use Microsoft applications such as words, excel, and power-point.
Other Information
Candidate who worked in semiconducted environment will have an added advantage.
