Roles & Responsibilities
Reports to the M&E immediate Manager with specific responsibilities for the smooth operation and efficient maintenance of all M&E system, electrical equipments.
- Troubleshooting and repairing heavy equipment, particularly Scissor lifts.
- Ability to maintain details of electrical and hydraulic systems on scissor lifts.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks with the proper tools.
- maintain periodic inspection details, preventive and corrective maintenance details as perschedules and upkeeping of all elecrtrical and mechanical equipment.
- Attend to enquiries, complaints of breakdown, service requests relating to the building and electrical services.
- Maintain inventory and requisite purchase of electrical/ mechanical parts/ accessories.
- Follow up on progress of rectification works and report to the Management team timely.
- Respond and attend to all emergency calls, after office hours for troubleshooting on any failure to the building's electrical/ mechanical system
- Working Location: DEFU LANE & ISLANDWIDE
- Working Hours: 6 days, Mon - Friday (8 am - 5 pm), Sat (8 am - 12 pm)
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 year's experience .
- Degree or Nitec in Electrical / Mechanical or other field with experience.
- Familiar with maintenance of building system, electrical equipments is an advantage.
- Ability to work as a team player as well as work independently
