Responsibilities
- Operate effectively within a 12-hour rotating shift schedule to maintain continuous production support
- Apply electrical and mechanical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing equipment issues
- Debug OMRON PLC programs to identify and fix control system faults, ensuring minimal downtime
- Interpret and analyze electrical schematics and single line diagrams to guide maintenance and repair activities
- Utilize knowledge of manufacturing processes to enhance equipment reliability and packaging operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing environments is essential to perform core duties effectively
- Packaging experience is advantageous for broader operational support
- Familiarity with PLC brands other than OMRON is beneficial but not required
