Technician (Plasma)

What You Will Do

• Operate plasma machining equipment for the repair of engine components.

• Perform total productive maintenance (TPM) on plasma machines.

• Perform programming and troubleshooting as required by the engineer.

• Crosstrain in support engine painting.

• Follow procedures and guidelines to meet operational requirements and quality standards.

• Report any incidents, hazardous conditions, and emergencies to the supervisor.

• Perform an assessment of risk of the activities and take corrective and preventive actions.

• Participate in audits and inspections as and when required.

• Attend EH&S training programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.

What You Will Learn

• NITEC in Engineering or relevant disciplines.

• Ability to understand and navigate engine manuals.

• Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with equipment, tools, and machines.

• A curious and learning mindset - we provide on-the-job trainings and certifications.

• Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.

• Willing to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis

Qualifications You Must Have .

• Relevant aerospace, manufacturing, or precision engineering experience.

• Basic working knowledge of MS Office application and SAP.

• Experience in plasma is preferred.
