Job Summary
You will ensure all building equipment and services operate efficiently by performing scheduled maintenance, coordinating contractors, resolving guest issues, and reporting discrepancies to management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and verify that all equipment operates according to performance requirements to ensure safety and functionality
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks on building services and capital equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend asset life
- Inspect and service mechanical and electrical systems to maintain operational standards and compliance
- Identify and report any equipment or maintenance discrepancies promptly to supervisors for timely resolution
- Respond to and resolve guest needs and complaints efficiently to maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with contractors by overseeing their work quality and adherence to contract terms to ensure project standards
- Adapt to additional duties assigned by supervisors to support overall building maintenance and operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to building maintenance
- Ability to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule to provide continuous maintenance coverage
- Experience performing building maintenance tasks to ensure operational reliability

- Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and operational needs
