Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fibre optic cable laying, splicing, and termination

• Handle fibre patch panel / ODF termination

• Install and terminate LAN cables (Cat5e / Cat6 / Cat6A), including RJ45 crimping and testing

• Mount and connect fibre and LAN cables to network switches

• Install network racks and perform proper cable management

• Install and configure CCTV cameras and NVR systems

• Set up basic network switches and ensure connectivity

• Install cable trays, trunking, and conduits

• Troubleshoot fibre networks, LAN connections, switches, CCTV cameras, and NVR systems

Requirements

• Relevant experience in networking and CCTV installation

• Knowledge of fibre optics and structured cabling systems

• Ability to read basic network diagrams

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
