Technician, Manufacturing Operations

Location: Changi, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Schedule:

• 12-hour rotating shifts
• 3 to 4 working days per week
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform work in cleanroom environment.
• Operate and handle testing equipment.
• Support test operations including test, mark, scan, and pack processes.
• Ensure quality standards, productivity targets, and operational efficiency are maintained at all times.
• Follow manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process enhancement activities.
• Support rotating shift arrangements, including day or night shift assignment as required by supervisor.
• Perform multiple operational tasks and develop multi-skill capabilities.
• Support shift leader in daily production activities and assigned duties.
• Work on public holidays and overtime when required based on operational needs.

Requirements:

• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Comfortable working in cleanroom environment.
• Manufacturing or semiconductor experience is an advantage.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply training will be provided.
