Technician (Managing Agent in Govt Sector)

Key Responsibilities:
Undertake preventive and corrective maintenance, including basic troubleshooting.
Supervise contractor works and report job progress.
Prepare and submit maintenance reports, checklists, and work reports.
Monitor workplace safety of contractors.
Lead a team, coordinate daily activities, schedule deployments, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.

Requirements:
Possess a Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or any other Engineering Fields.
Possess own Transport.
Min 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in engineering related fields or maintenance related services
Good interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with contractors and clients.
Able to work outdoors.
Willing to travel site-to-site for work purposes.
