Responsibilities
- Apply technical knowledge to support construction site coordination and management, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Navigate Singapore roadways efficiently to facilitate timely site visits and project oversight
- Communicate effectively in English with management and site teams to relay critical information and support decision-making
- Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime as needed to meet project deadlines and operational demands
- Uphold company values by maintaining loyalty and integrity in all professional activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field, to provide foundational knowledge for construction-related tasks
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry within a technical role, demonstrating applied expertise
- Class 3 driving licence to enable safe and legal operation of vehicles on Singapore roads
- Familiarity with Singapore roadways to ensure efficient travel between sites
- Completion of the Safety Coordinator Course, accredited by Singapore BCA, enhances safety management capabilities
