Technician ll, Quality Control Labs (Contract)

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Perform Final Product Inspection which includes Final Product Inspection Testing, Sterilization Verification, Re-sort check and documentation verification, perform lens inspection audit (SPC) to ensure consistency, and perform product disposition in accordance to specifications.
• Perform exception handling such as ensuring on-hold products are quarantined. Support and perform the required inspection for validation project and engineering studies. Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
• Attend HSE training programs and comply with all HSE guidelines. Report unsafe conditions, injuries, near misses and hazard. Wear personnel protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Support QC laboratories with testing when necessary.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Min GCE O Levels/ NITEC in any Engineering field with 2 years of experience in quality inspection
• Training will be provided
• Able to commit to 12 hours rotating day and overnight shift duties
