Responsibilities

  • Utilize machines/ equipment/ tools to perform disassembly, inspect and assembly functions of engines, its associated modules, parts, components, or accessories.
  • Read and execute the standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encounter in their daily work.
  • Assist the Operations Leader/ Assistant Foremen/ Cell Leaders in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
  • Carry out SAP transaction and make necessary changes to works order in SAP.
  • Carry out proper documentation.
  • Actively support and participate in EHS, Continuous Improvement, ethics culture projects and any other corporate initiatives.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering disciplines.
  • 2 years relevant experience in engine disassembly/assembly/inspection or testing. Open to consider candidates with no experience with keen interests to pursue a career in aerospace industry.
  • Good understanding of technical drawing such as Engine Manuals.
  • A curious and learning mindset - we provide on-the-job trainings and certifications.
  • Internal applicant must be in current grade for at least 2 years prior to higher grade application.
  • Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Commit to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis.
  • Relevant technical experience in Engine MRO or Aerospace industry is a plus.
