- Operate vacuum furnaces for heat treatment and brazing processes to ensure proper function.
- Perform SAT, uniformity checks, and leak rate tests on vacuum furnaces.
- Monitor and address any abnormal conditions in both parts and furnaces, taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct incoming inspections on parts before heat treatment and perform TPM checks on equipment.
- Maintain accurate records for heat treatment logs and furnace operations.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace Industry.
- Able to interpret operational documents and follow complex instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and commitment to safety protocols.
