Mobility is the goal
- Perform testing and commissioning activities as per assigned schedule to ensure timely completion of testing works as per schedule
- Apply correct work methods and procedures to ensure reliability and safe operations.
- Read layout & builders drawing, schematic & wiring drawing and able to interpret Technical Manuals
- Know and understand the functional and safety aspects of Controller, Drive, VF Inverter,
Speed Govenor, Safety Gear, Car/Landing Doors and Safety Circuits/Devices
- Demostrate technical capability and competency in the areas of slow speed, guide shoe, car cage alignment, car/ landing doors, COP/LOP/LIP, Shaft Infomation System, safety gear, Load Measurement System, Balancing and Load Test
- Assist in Troubleshooting or Fault Diagnostics for any problems or issues pertaining to basic modular units and being able to identify the root cause and carry out the necessary corrective or replacement works. This applies to minor or medium type of faults
- Ensure that all work processes comply with Schindlers and statutory quality, environmental and safety requirements. SOPS and Work Methods/Procedures are compliant to TK requirements, for the safety and reliability of the unit
- Communicate with Project Manager / Project Engineer, Site Supervisor or Subcontractor on any project issues enquiries and/or feedback.
- Report to superior and team timely on any T & C issues and/or feedback.
- Basic CADI knowledge.
- Assist in the checks and completion of Global Installation Checklists, T&C Test Report
- Perform Visual Checks, Functional Test and Servicing with reference to the Monthly Maintenance Checks required for Builders Lifts (Only applicable to NI)
- Assist in any corrective, replacement or modification works required with reference to any defects or issues captured during the PSI or PQC stage
- Perform and complete any tasks or assignments, given by the Team Leader, Engineers or Manager

- IoEE Installation and Commissioning
- Proficient in one basic model of Car and Landing Doors
- Basic Modular Maintenance and Evacuation Training (Applicable to NI only)
- Attained Basic Modular Product Fitter Certification
