- Fire / Health / Workplace safety management
- Others such as projects/undertaking new roles/duties assigned by management
- Performing shift duty is required
Scope of the role
To deliver an efficient and effective building management and facility services in Campus
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the delivery of building management and facility services
- Assist in executing the predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of all building systems / facilities / equipment within Campus
- Assist in managing all aspects of building function and functionality of the facilities/services
- Assist in managing contractors/vendors to upkeep the building through regular/routine inspection/maintenance and all regulatory compliances
- Assist in managing building occupant/tenant
Qualifications
- GCE O level, ITE, Diploma holder of any related field in Building Management/Maintenance
- Possess working experience in building management/maintenance or related field will have an advantage
- Possess working experience in managing Plumbing & Sanitary System will have an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of building statutory requirement
- Workplace safety certification or Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) certification, BCA Green Mark related certification will have an advantage
