Position: Technician, Facilities Management

Salary: $2,400 - $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Location: West

Working Hours / Days: Shift Work

Responsibilities:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical/electrical services, plumbing, sanitary services, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical controls.
• Identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Addressing customer inquiries, needs, and complaints while ensuring excellent service.

Requirements:

• Possess a Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in facilities management.
• Able to commit to Shift Work and Overtime.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
