Main Responsibilities
- To operate Diamond Turning machine.
- To record daily output data and submit to leader.
- Setting up machines during changeover of parts.
- Troubleshooting when problem arise.
- To attend daily morning briefing conduct by leader and provide update status of each items and machine.
- To communicate with other shift staff on the status on each machine before handover.
- Ensure own responsible machinese to be warm up before start of shift.
- To report any scrap or technical issues to leader.
- To ensure respective in-charge machines are fully utilize.
- Inform leader if there is machine faulty/down.
Requirements
- GCE O Level or Technical Certificate and above.
- Working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Able to perform machine set up.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Must be able to do shift work when required.
