Main Responsibilities

To operate Diamond Turning machine.
To record daily output data and submit to leader.
Setting up machines during changeover of parts.
Troubleshooting when problem arise.
To attend daily morning briefing conduct by leader and provide update status of each items and machine.
To communicate with other shift staff on the status on each machine before handover.
Ensure own responsible machinese to be warm up before start of shift.
To report any scrap or technical issues to leader.
To ensure respective in-charge machines are fully utilize.
Inform leader if there is machine faulty/down.

Requirements

GCE O Level or Technical Certificate and above.
Working experience in manufacturing environment.
Able to perform machine set up.
Able to work independently and as a team player.
Must be able to do shift work when required.
