Job Title: Technician (Engine Disassembly)

The company works with customers in a robust global marketplace providing repair support to fleets and MROs worldwide. Currently a staff of nine in the United States and five in Singapore to run our operations and sales - we are looking for a technician to join our Singapore team, to co-lead projects on engine disassembly, located at Seletar Aerospace Park. This position reports directly to the General Manager (APAC).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct engine disassembly from modular level to piece part level.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with engine manuals, approved technical data and regulatory requirements.
- Upkeep & maintain assigned equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
- Adhere to all applicable EHS rules and regulations and report immediately any unsafe practices/conditions.
- Perform various other duties as assigned by Managers.
- Support other department in relevant jobs and any other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Pre-Requisites:
- NITEC or Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 2 years work experience in disassembly/assembly/inspection in aviation industry - P&WC engines preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry components in accordance with workplace safety standards.
- Good understanding of technical drawing and manuals.
- Proficient in MS Office applications & Office 365 platforms.
- Ability to work on a team and be in good internal communication with co-workers.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and hands-on in approach.
