TECHNICIAN & DRIVER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Drive company vehicles to transport workers, materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from project sites.
• Ensure timely delivery and collection of construction materials.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Report vehicle defects and arrange servicing or repairs when required.
• Assist in installation, maintenance, repair, and dismantling of construction-related systems and equipment.
• Carry out general construction, renovation, and maintenance works as assigned.
• Load and unload materials and equipment safely.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools according to safety procedures.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure work areas remain clean and organized.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations, company policies, and site requirements.
• Assist the project team with any other duties assigned by supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (Class 4 is an advantage).
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, maintenance, or technical works.
• Familiar with construction tools, equipment, and site safety practices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to work overtime when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
