TECHNICIAN

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Technician who will be in charge of our ongoing Cable Laying projects.

Familiar with AcuBuy, DFF, Ariba, SAP Business Network, Streamline and Sesami

Configure internal systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

Train new system users and set up their accounts

Continuously assess the performance and effectiveness of the system.

Work closely with our teams, including Purchases, Sales, Accounts, HR, and Project teams to ensure the system meets the requirements of various departments and functions.

You will be responsible for managing our server

Implement the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in systems and related technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Knowledge of system security techniques

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
