Job Description:
1. Generate and submit client reports accurately & on time.
2. Coordinate with client & internal stakeholders to perform repair work/ installation work.
3. Provide the maintenance service of wireless devices, gateways and equipment.
4. Coordinate daily job assignments with the Operations room and field technicians.
5. Assist in troubleshooting, and if necessary, arrange for technical visit/installation works.
6. Assist the client in troubleshooting and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
7. Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Available to work on Saturday for half a day
- Intermediate computer skills and able to use iPad and IT savvy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage
- Good customer service attitude
- Enjoy working with people from all walks of life
- Bilingual (Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) as this job requires excellent communication skills
