Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) for semiconductor equipment
- Handle tools and components with care to ensure safety and precision
- Work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Follow standard procedures for installation and replacement of equipment parts, including heavy components
- Conduct daily 6S workplace audits to maintain cleanliness
- Support Minor PM, Major PM, Tube Cleaning, Main Heater Change, and other maintenance activities (primarily logistics support)
- Perform sub-fab audits, including equipment checks for UPS, scrubbers, and related systems
