We're hiring a hands-on Technical Specialist to join a high-performing team for a start up project under aerospace division.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to production, ensuring optimal product performance and quality.
- Manage product definition and evolution, working closely with IPT (Integrated Product Team).
- Lead root cause analysis and implement quality improvement activities (8D, FTQP).
- Coordinate new product introductions and support customer return investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and maintain key KPIs (R1, FPY).
- Collaborate with Design Authority and cross-functional teams across departments.
- As the selected candidate will be working under the maincon under our contract all reports must be submitted directly to the main contractor.
- General knowledge of usage of hand tools and precision measuring instruments is a requirement.
- Expected to perform receiving inspection, disassembly, cleaning, parts inspection, assembly and test of aircraft
- Will be trained in handling aircraft for Pneumatic Valve / Electrical starter / Wire Harnesses
- Ensures that work carried out meets to the required quality as stated in the respective manual.
- Initiate & implement continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.

- Repairing Overhaul engine components
- Installation of engine parts
