Technician 2, Engineering Services

Job Description

1) Ensure smooth operation, maintenance and repair works, which includes Plumbing & Sanitary systems, general maintenance / repair of electrical fixtures and fittings and Chiller Plant System

2) Perform day to day operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and carry out simple repair of mechanical & electrical installations within the shopping mall

3) Ensure safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements

4) Able to troubleshoot, coordinate contractors work arrangement in hard & soft services

5) Monitor all works performed by term contractors

6) Attend to ad hoc duties which may be assigned to you by the Management

Job Requirements

Knowledge in electrical, ACMV, would be a prerequisite.

1) Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E experience in a retail mall / hotel with sound technical knowledge of building services (M&E)

2) Nitec in Facility Management or relevant courses, preferably in electrical or mechanical services

3) Basic knowledge in MS office (MS word & excel)

4) Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.

5) Effective problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills

6) Willing to perform 3 rotating shift work including weekends and public holidays
