Job Summary

• Job Title: Technical Writer

• Industry: Semiconductor / Electronics Testing Equipment

• Location: Serangoon, Singapore

• Working Hours: 5-day work week, 8:30AM-5:30PM

• Salary Package: AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Developing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation covering engineering processes and business operations.

• Extracting technical information and converting complex engineering processes into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation.

• Managing the full documentation lifecycle, including review, approval, and release of engineering documents, work instructions, and technical bulletins.

• Interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and product information to ensure documentation accuracy.

• Collaborating with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to maintain consistent documentation standards.

• Conducting training and knowledge-transfer sessions using technical documentation when required.

• Ensuring documentation meets quality standards and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

• Technical Writing certification is an advantage.

• 5+ years of technical writing experience in high-tech, manufacturing, or new product development environments.

• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to travel when required.
