Technical Writer

Job Scope:

FE Manufacturing– BluePrint PM SOPs Support

HTML Conversion:

Collaborate with SMEs to convert existing documents and SOPs into HTML format.

Ensure content integrity and accuracy during the conversion process.

Push converted HTML documents into the BluePrint Platform for end-user access.

Engineering Change Notification

(ECN) Support:

Assist in the preparation and distribution of ECNs as requested.

Track and document the implementation of engineering changes.

Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SOP efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide training and support to team members on SOPs and related tools.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Deliverables:

HTML Conversion

Engineering Change Notification (ECN) support

Any other BluePrint PM SOPs Support

Qualifications and Requirements:

Preferably degree holder, A degree holder with basic HTML5 writing experience, proficiency in written and spoken English, and a basic level of written Traditional Chinese/Japanese will be preferred but not compulsory (the holder must handle translated content).

Experience Level Requirements:

Fresh Grad to 5 years of experience only

• Proficiency in Japanese is highly valued for this role. We encourage you to prioritize candidates with Japanese language skills, ideally at JLPT N5 to N3 level, as they will be given stronger consideration during the selection process.
