Currently, we are looking for Technical Writer which would be based in Singapore
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or other related disciplines with 5 years of relevant experience in writing for a developer and technical audience
- Experience in documenting cloud-based products or familiarity with cloud technologies and concepts
- Develop documentation including product guides, demos, tutorials, code starter kits, design specifications, technical blogs that meets organisational needs and standards
- Digest and summarize complex technical concepts into easily understandable conceptual, how-to and reference guides without losing accuracy
- Work with product managers, designers, and development team in driving content strategy to improve product onboarding and adoption
- Lead pilots to evaluate content formats, types and medium to build content cadence recommendation for Product Managers
- Research and stay abreast with industry trends and bring in content best practices from leading tech players
- Excellent writing and communication skills; with a keen eye for detail
