Job Description

  • Create new and revise existing documentation to accurately define and describe current business activities, with a focus on technical documentation.
  • Identify primary information sources, extract and filter essential process information, and transform it into clear, complete written documentation.
  • Facilitate the review, approval, and release process of engineering documentation, work instructions, and technical bulletins.
  • Study drawings, specifications, and product samples to ensure writing is clear, concise, and easily understood by new employees and customers.
  • Conduct training sessions on equipment or upgrades using the developed documentation, if required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline; Technical Writing diploma preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical writing experience in a high-tech or new product development environment.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt, respond quickly, and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
