Job Description

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, UX writing, or content design
  • Proven ability to simplify complex content into clear, user‑friendly language
  • Experience working with structured, regulated, or policy‑based documentation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with legal, compliance, product, and UX teams
  • Familiarity with insurance or financial services documentation is preferred
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and compliance requirements accurately
  • Proficiency in using documentation or content management tools is an advantage
