Job Description

o  Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning and Dev, or related discipline.

o  Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in training administration, learning operations, HR administration or learning and development support functions.

o  Must have experience in LMS (learning management system) administration, training coordination, data tracking and reporting.

o  Must have skills in Microsoft excel, word, and PowerPoint.

o  Good to have learning analytics and dashboard reporting, budget tracking and monitoring, vendor management.

o  Good to have Professional Certifications Administration

o  Excellent written and verbal communications skills
