Key Responsibilities:
- Training System Development & Delivery
- Design, develop, and implement company-wide training programs, including onboarding, periodic technician certification, safety retraining, and technical upskilling.
- Develop course content, materials, and assessment criteria coordinate with internal/external trainers to ensure effective delivery
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously optimize programs based on feedback.
- Repair Efficiency Monitoring & Analysis
- Build and maintain dashboards using MES, WMS, and other data sources to monitor core
- Key metrics: average repair cycle time, first-time fix rate, on-time completion rate, spare parts inventory turnover, technician productivity.
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Projects
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, HRM, or related field.
- Min 3 years in manufacturing, high-end repair services (e.g., automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment), in roles such as training, IE, CI, or operations analysis.
- Advanced Excel data analysis
