Our client,leading provider of smart lighting control solutions, is looking for a technical training & field application specialist for their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver brands Fundamentals and Advanced Training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams (online and in-person).
- Conduct hands-on workshops, webinars, and certification programs aligned with brand's official training framework.
- Travel as required to support regional training and partner enablement activities.
- Maintain and regularly update training materials, demo kits, and technical documentation to reflect latest product updates and best practices.
- Track and manage participant progress, feedback, and certification records.
- Support training-related marketing and partner initiatives such as Lunch & Learn sessions and technical seminars.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for system setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Conduct site evaluations, system checks, and post-installation reviews to ensure project quality and system stability.
- Identify, document, and analyze recurring field issues, escalating them to global support or R&D teams where required.
Requirement:
- ACTA Certification (preferred to have)
- Certification or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 35 years of experience in lighting control systems, field applications, commissioning, or related technical roles.
- Prior experience delivering technical training, workshops, or customer education is highly desirable.
