Job Summary
Our client is currently looking to onboard a Technical/System Analyst with expertise in the AML domain within the banking industry to design and implement regulatory-driven systems and technical architectures that enhance AML watchlist and transaction screening processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AML watchlist management and sanctions screening solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Apply technical knowledge of LexisNexis (Firco) tools to optimize watchlist management and transaction screening workflows
- Develop solution blueprints and technical architectures that support AML system integration and resiliency
- Design and document integration interfaces using API, file-based, and batch methods to enable seamless data exchange across systems
- Create comprehensive Technical Requirement Documents (TRD) to guide development and implementation teams
- Orchestrate system interfaces to ensure efficient data processing and operational continuity
- Utilize Java, JavaScript, and data mapping techniques to develop and maintain integration components
- Manage relational databases using SQL to support AML data storage and retrieval needs
- Implement and maintain secure data transfer protocols including SFTP and encryption/decryption methods
- Handle diverse data formats such as CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, and KZ to ensure accurate data processing and reporting
- Incorporate disaster recovery and resiliency design principles to maintain system availability and integrity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with Boomi integration platform to streamline system connectivity and automation
