Technical Support Specialist (SQL, Digital Advertisements) 1 Year Contract

Our client is a leading global technology company in the digital advertising and marketing technology space, helping businesses leverage technology, data and advertising solutions to reach customers and grow their businesses. They are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical expertise, troubleshoot advertising technology issues and support clients and internal teams.

This is a 1 year contract role.

The Role

The Technical Specialist will provide technical support and troubleshootingfor digital advertising solutions, working closely with Sales, Client Solutions Managers, Account Managers and other internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot technical issues across advertising products, websites, tracking, pixels, third-party scripts and APIs.
• Investigate API requests/payloads and identify technical implementation issues.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams.
• Manage a high volume of inbound technical cases, focusing on resolution time and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AdTech, digital advertising, technology or technical client support.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting third-party scripts on websites.
• Experience troubleshooting API requests and payloads.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, pixels, Ads Manager or Google Analytics is a plus.
• SDK troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
