We are looking for a Senior Analyst / Lead, Lab Systems & Operations to join our team. This role is specifically designed for candidates with direct, hands-on experience with laboratory software systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN, CDS, or SDMS).

You will not just be a user of lab software-you will be the one who optimises it, integrates it, and ensures it delivers value across scientific and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities (where your lab software expertise is critical)

- Take hands-on ownership of laboratory software systems, including configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user access management

- Support system validation, upgrades, and patches in compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards

- Act as the bridge between laboratory end-users and IT or vendors to resolve system issues and improve usability

- Evaluate new software features, tools, or integrations to enhance lab efficiency and data integrity

- Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation for laboratory software

- Support data extraction, reporting, and basic analytics from lab systems to aid operational decisions

- Collaborate with quality, IT, and scientific teams to ensure systems remain fit for purpose

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

- Hands-on experience with laboratory software - you have actively used, configured, supported, or administered systems such as LIMS, ELN, CDS, or SDMS

- Background in a laboratory environment (clinical, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, or research)

- Familiarity with software validation, change control, or compliance frameworks (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO standards) is a strong plus

- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users

- Strong documentation and training skills
