Role: Technical Support Representative DataOps

Technical Support Representative
• Ensure availability, stability, and capacity of market data platforms supporting front-office and critical business services.
• Manage vendor relationships for operational matters, including incident resolution, service performance, and change coordination.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management to minimize business impact and prevent recurrence.
• Partner with Application, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders on platform changes, onboarding, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain strong governance on data usage, entitlement controls, and regulatory and audit requirements.
• Provide L1/L2 operational support for enterprise market data platforms (e.g. LSEG RTDS, Bloomberg B-pipe, exchange feeds) across AWS and on-premises infrastructure.
• Proactively monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate recovery to meet availability targets.
• Act as the primary liaison with vendors and exchanges for production incidents, data queries, and technical changes.
• Plan and execute production activities including upgrades, migrations, failover testing, and resilience enhancements.
• Support onboarding of new applications and data services, ensuring alignment with architecture and governance standards.
• Collaborate with Market Data Admin and Commercial teams on entitlement, usage reviews, and audit requests.
• Maintain operational documentation and continuously improve monitoring and automation capabilities.
