Technical Support Manager - Marine Electronics

We have partnered with a multinational company to search for a Technical Support Manager dealing with a range of marine electronics. If you have experience dealing with electronics in technical capacity, please apply for the position.

Responsibilities

. To provide active support and assistance to sales and aftersales teams,

. To provide technical support for IT troubleshooting and escalate if necessary,

. Manage all sales processes and fulfillment,

. Liaising with supply chain and purchase team in ensuring products availability.

. Sales Support through managing sales contracts with new and existing customers, processing requests for quotations received etc.

Requirements:

. Education in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

. Previous experience as an Engineer or Technical Sales Support with Electronics, Satellite Communications, Navigation, Radio or similar equipment
