Job Description

Job Responsibilities (India Technical Support Manager/Director)

  1. Service Network Planning & Operation:
  2. Responsible for the overall planning, layout, and operation of the service network in the India region. Develop regional service strategies (including response time, coverage radius, and spare parts storage network) to ensure full service coverage without blind spots.
  3. Team Management & Standardization:
  4. Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of the after-sales team in India (including technical engineers, call center agents, repair technicians, warehouse administrators, finance personnel, etc.). Establish and implement standardized service processes to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction while controlling service costs.
  5. Cross-Department Collaboration & Complaint Handling:
  6. Efficiently coordinate resources across departments and lead the diagnosis and resolution of major customer complaints (e.g., batch failures, significant customer losses) to achieve closed-loop problem management.
  7. Risk & Inventory Management:
  8. Manage regional service risks and optimize inventory management strategies to reduce business losses.
  9. Other Tasks:
  10. Efficiently complete other after-sales-related tasks assigned by the Shenzhen headquarters.

Qualifications:

  1. Education & Major:
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
  3. Management Skills:
  4. Possess team management experience, excel in talent development and performance improvement, and effectively coordinate headquarters resources with local needs to drive goal achievement.
  5. Team Leadership:
  6. Have management experience in after-sales teams, with a focus on talent development and performance enhancement.
  7. Strong Execution Skills:
  8. Results-oriented, capable of effectively driving strategy implementation and ensuring goal attainment.
