We are a chemical distributor and contract manufacturer and this position involves providing technical support for chemical products and applications, including sample testing, product troubleshooting and supporting customers and sales teams on chemical-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for chemical products, including product testing, analysis and troubleshooting.
- Conduct laboratory testing, product evaluation and sample formulation for customer applications.
- Work closely with sales partners and product principals to identify new chemical solutions and business opportunities.
- Prepare investigation and CAPA reports for product quality or application issues.
- Maintain and update technical documents such as TDS, SDS, COA and regulatory information.
- Provide product training to internal teams and customers on chemical applications.
- Assist in new product development and technical projects within the chemical and manufacturing sectors.
- Ensure compliance with safety and ISO requirements in all laboratory and technical activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in chemical, laboratory or formulation work.
- Knowledge of product applications in coatings, polymers or other chemical industries preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (or equivalent ERP systems).
- Good communication and liaise with suppliers and customers.
