About the Role

Suppliers & Clients

Key suppliers from Taiwan, China, Japan, S.Korea, USA , Germany , Canada etc Clients mainly from growing Southeast Asian markets

Responsibilities

Assemble, install, configure, and maintain machine vision systems and industrial computer systems

Work with computing hardware and software AI, Deep Learning, and AI software tools

Provide technical support and troubleshooting

Provide on-site and remote support to clients

Support sales and project teams with technical expertise during pre-and post-sales stages

Prepare technical documentation and reports

Learn directly from your friendly colleagues , a mentor will be assigned

Participate in international training, webinar, and exhibition

Collaborate with regional offices (Bangkok and Jakarta)

Requirements

Fresh graduates with Diploma, or Degree in Electronic/Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, hardware, and AI/machine vision systems

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Good English communication Mandarin is an added advantage due to frequent communications with our key suppliers.

Salary & Benefits

S$2,800 - S$3,800 based on qualification and relevant skills

Full-time, permanent role 5-day work week
