Job Description

Hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global cloud service provider, dedicated to delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud and cloud-native infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers worldwide.

The product portfolio spans container platforms, Kubernetes cluster management, DevOps toolchains, microservices governance, and AI infrastructure. They serve thousands of enterprise customers across industries including Internet, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Retail.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Enablement & Solution Delivery

  • Lead product deployment, onboarding, operational training, and technical enablement during customer trial and implementation phases.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams, building long-term trusted customer relationships.
  • Support customers in adopting and successfully operating cloud-native solutions.

Pre-sales & Delivery Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the sales team to identify business opportunities and provide technical consulting and solution design support.
  • Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, testing reports, implementation plans, and other project documentation.
  • Support post-sales delivery activities to ensure successful project execution.

Customer Insights & Product Feedback

  • Collect and consolidate customer and market feedback in a structured manner.
  • Provide actionable inputs to product and engineering teams to support product enhancements and roadmap planning.

Community & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, technical workshops, and partner events.
  • Deliver technical presentations and thought leadership sessions to strengthen the company's technical brand and ecosystem presence.

Operations Support & Ticket Management

  • Efficiently manage customer support tickets and technical issues.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

    Experience

    • Minimum 1 years of experience in the IT industry with a solid understanding of mainstream cloud computing technologies and architectures.
    • Experience in cloud-native technologies, containers, Kubernetes, DevOps, or infrastructure platforms is highly preferred.
    • Candidates with experience in post-sales delivery, software engineering, or operations for medium-to-large-scale projects are preferred.

    Communication Skills

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred to liaise with regional stakeholders.

    Working Style

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
    • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

    Problem Solving

    • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive issues to resolution.
