Our client is a leading organisation specialised in developing Semiconductor machines.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up, install, buy-off and commission semiconductor equipment at customer sites
- Provide pre and post sales technical support to service and upgrade equipment e.g. change-kits, new design modules, features and capabilities
- Trouble-shoot process related problems and identify root cause for effective and timely resolution of field issues
- Defend customer installed base with regular field service reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relations on ground
- Update and maintain all service related documentation or reports in databases
Requirements:
- Diploma / Higher NITEC / ITC in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years experience in servicing automated / production equipment.
- Good customer orientation skills
- Able to travel overseas
