Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for on-site survey, supervise, testing, commissioning and maintenance of IPTV/OTT productions, such as Servers, Applications and Terminals.

. Delivery the IPTV/OTT network follow the network design.

. Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.

. Good communication with teams, including customers, third parties and team members.

. Good documents skill.

Requirements:

. Diploma in Telecommunications/PC servers Engineering or other related field of study

. Minimum 3 years experience in relative environment involving Telecommunications/PC servers/IPTV/OTT .

. Relative technical support skills in IPTV/OTT will be preferred.

. Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment.

. Must be able to communicate effectively.
