We are working with an international technology company providing software solutions to clients operating globally in the maritime sector. They are looking to add a Technical Support Engineer to their growing team in Singapore.
This is a hands-on role where you will support global customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with internal teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone and email
- Troubleshoot issues across networking, operating systems, hardware, and email systems
- Work closely with internal teams across different regions in a collaborative environment
- Support ongoing projects and technical initiatives
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem solving
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
- Strong foundation in networking (essential)
- Exposure to certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or similar is a plus
- Experience troubleshooting across OS, hardware, and email protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
