Job Description

We are working with an international technology company providing software solutions to clients operating globally in the maritime sector. They are looking to add a Technical Support Engineer to their growing team in Singapore.

This is a hands-on role where you will support global customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with internal teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot issues across networking, operating systems, hardware, and email systems
  • Work closely with internal teams across different regions in a collaborative environment
  • Support ongoing projects and technical initiatives
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem solving

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
  • Strong foundation in networking (essential)
  • Exposure to certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or similar is a plus
  • Experience troubleshooting across OS, hardware, and email protocols
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
