Technical Support Engineer

On behalf our client, Alauda, we're look out for (After Sales) Technical Support Engineer with experience in Infra, K8S, OCP, Network Storage, Monitoring, Logging, and Automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.
• Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and after-sales technical support. Responsible for the preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents.
• Collect and sort out the needs from the client and the market, and provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D. Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.
• Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.. Ticket processing.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2. 1+ years of working experience in IT and Internet related companies.
3. Familiar with then a in stream technology and related company products in the cloud computing industry.
4. Experience in after-sales, R&D or operation and maintenance of medium and large-scale projects is preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
