Responsibilities for Technical Support Engineer
. Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing company Products (Printers, Cutting Plotters, etc.) including software application.
. Provide technical support to company dealers and customers on company products.
. Attend to customer's complaints and provide solutions that address their needs.
. Provide Technical Training to Oversea Dealers on company products.
. To record and submit all service data and reports properly as and when required.
. Logistic-related In-Out and Inventory management to ensure spare part availability.
. Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, sales, technical support) and external stakeholders (distributors, customers) to support pre-sales activities such as sample printing, promotion kit preparation, and machine specification testing.
Qualifications
. Good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
. Min O level or its equivalent.
. At least one year of related working experience (printer related).
. Valid Class 2/3 driving license is a plus.
. Candidates with no relevant work experience are also welcome to apply.
. Fluent in written and spoken English. Able to read technical manuals and create technical reports upon dispatch.
. Work experience in the same industry(no matter is dealer or manufacturer) is a plus.
Job Details
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1 hour lunch break)
