Job Summary
You will provide technical support and on-site services, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of AIDC systems. You will also manage vendor escalations and conduct client training to ensure effective solution deployment and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical support cases via on-site visits, phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure timely issue resolution
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Escalate complex technical issues and coordinate with vendors to facilitate prompt resolution
- Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to clients and end-users to enhance user proficiency
- Conduct internal product repairs and provide training to team members to maintain operational readiness
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or IT-related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant technical support and field service experience

- Effective presentation and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly
- Customer service orientation with a positive and proactive attitude
