Technical Support Engineer
- Location: Nearest MRT Lentor Singapore 787542 [ Report to office but might need to travel to site]
- Working hours: Monday - Friday | 8.30am - 6.15pm
- Salary: $3500 - $4000
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems.
- Carry out installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
- Attend to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site visits for servicing and troubleshooting.
- Prepare service and technical reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers.
- Support project and engineering teams when required. Perform other technical duties and project-related tasks as assigned.
- Preparing project workflow procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls).
- Experience in preparing project workflow procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
